We are thrilled to announced that Thursday at bluedot 2023 will be headlined by Max Richter, performing VOICES and Recomposed – a unique orchestral performance at Jodrell Bank from an icon of classical music.
The evening concert, the introductory first night of the bluedot weekend, will be hosted by BBC Radio 3’s Unclassified Live with Elizabeth Alker, headlined by Max Richter with The BBC Concert Orchestra performing Richter’s Voices and Recomposed. Special guests Coby Sey and Isobel Waller-Bridge will take to the festival’s Lovell Stage prior to the evening headliner.
Max Richter will be performing VOICES and Recomposed.

Thursday entry is available via an add-on ticket to your weekend booking, as well as available as a standalone Thursday day ticket.
The VIP Village at bluedot’s Thursday Opening Concert will be hosted by Dishoom, Isca, Kiosk and Honest Crust, with a special open-fire cooking takeover from Caroline Martins of Great British Menu and Manchester’s stunning new Brazilian-fusion Sampa Bistro.
