How important is transparency of climate impact in the food industry and the food products we consume? Should it be a consumer right to know the climate impact of food products? Do we really know the impact of what we eat and how the food chain is contributing to the climate crisis? This session will cover all things food, climate change and how we can reduce the climate impact from the food chain.
