Get your Garden buzzing with the Manchester Branch of the British Science Association. Learn about the plight of bees, bee-friendly gardening, and make your own bee-friendly seed-bombs. Plus try our other bee-themed crafts, activities and experiments we’ll be running throughout the weekend.

The arboretum is an ideal place for bees. Trees provide more forage for bees than the plants on the ground of which we are much more aware. We will provide information about bees (not just honeybees!) and the opportunity to see inside a (virtual) hive of bees.
