Olivier Heim is an award-winning Dutch composer and performer born in the US, raised in Luxemburg and currently living in Warsaw, Poland. Starting his career in the international trio Très.b, Olivier has now released his solo debut album A Different Life under his own name and has been noticed by important media such as The Guardian, The Independent, The Times, DIY, The Line of Best Fit, Wonderland and Huw Stephens (Radio1). Olivier is acclaimed because of his fresh, new style of surf pop and chillwave being often compared to Mac DeMarco, Jaakko Eino Kalevi or Toro y Moi.
With an extensive live background playing on international festivals such as The Great Escape, Liverpool Sound City, Reeperbahn Festival, Primavera Sound Festival, Tallin Music Week, Bratislava Waves Festival, Europavox and Midem, as well as major Polish festivals such as Open’er or OFF Festival. Olivier now takes his vision to the stage. Olivier Heim may have lived many different lives, but A Different Life is his defining one thus far.
