Workshops

Curated by Jodrell Bank, our programme of workshops takes over Space Pavilion on Saturday and Sunday! Unless otherwise stated as ‘Drop-In’, all workshops require pre-registration. This can be done from 9am on the morning of the workshop, at the Info Point.

JEDI LIGHTSABER TRAINING

Calling all Jedis! Lightsaber Training returns to the vast realms of the bluedot cosmos. Tackle the universe with your newly acquired lightsaber tactics & become a Jedi pro by learning a small routine from the films. Daily sessions take place in the Star Fields, at or near to the Big Bang Stage.

Limited places available. Pre book sessions each day from the Info Point from 9am.

Signings

We’re partnering with our friends at Blackwell for another bluedot with their on-site bookstore, and a schedule of signings running through the weekend across the site. Meet your favourite scientists, artists and writers and get a memento of the weekend.

Get down early to avoid disappointment and check out the Blackwell book store in the Star Fields, beside Notes!
